Please make note of the policy below when making necessary changes to your confirmed booked service.

• Cancellation of services made more than 48 hours prior to appointment will be refunded the initial deposit in full. 
• Cancellations less than 48 hours will only be given 50% refund from initial deposit.  
• Please note that if you re-schedule or cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and it will no longer apply to your service.   A new deposit must be made to re-book your appointment.
